<br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Grauel, Anderson,
<br />Brennan and Curley.

<br />Brennan M:>ved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of August 6, 1973, be approved. Roll Call ~ Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Grauel M:>ved, Anderson Seconded, that Ashbach Construction
<br />Company be awarded the bid on the apron for the garage area
<br />parking lot in the amount of $20,733.41. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />of application for rezoning, special use permit, division of lot
<br />and variances by Marie Slawik at 2691 North Snelling Avenue be

<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />courts at Howard Johnson Memorial Park be referred to the Parks

<br />Curley Mo,red, Brennan Seconded, that the request of George Reiling
<br />t.o excavate the shoreline and beach of two locations on Lake Owasso
<br />be referred to the Planning Conunission. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel,
<br />Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Anderson M:>ved, Grauel Seconded, that the request for vacation
<br />of Fernwood between County Road B-2 and Sextant Street be denied.

<br />Grauel MOved, Anderson Seconded, that the request of Williams
<br />Brothers Pipe Line for amended special use permit regarding place-
<br />ment of fence be referred to the Planning Commission. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brennan, Curley and Linebarger. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Shafer Cont.racting Company in the amOtmt of $ 73,347.63 for
