<br />State Highway Department that the speed limit be reduced to 30 mph

<br />contracts to acquire Easements 7, 8, 12 and 13 on Improvement 72-15
<br />for the amount set forth in the Village Attorney's letter of
<br />July 31, 1973. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Anderson, Brenna, Curley
<br />and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />Brennan Moved, Grauel Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager
<br />sign the earnest money contract to acquire Easement No. 6 on
<br />Improvement 67-35 for the amount of $500.00. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />for Improvement Series III of 1972 is not completed by September 4,
<br />1973, the Performance Bond on said improvement shall be forfeited
