objections, and all written objections theretofore filed with

the Village Manager were presented and considered, and all such

objections were tabulated as follows:

MR. JACK METZ, 690 West County Road C: Asked to have the
assessment figures repeated.

MR. RAYMOND, Village Mana.ger, reported that a letter had been
received by Mrs. AdelIa Daltas, 2886 North Victoria in which she
indicated she doesn't feel there's a benefit to their property from
the storm sewer.

MR. JACT METZ, 690 West County Road C (spoke before): Said he's
already been assessed for sanitary sewer and water. Was informed
that several property owners did not have sanitary sewer and water
services and had asked to have them installed. The village also
decided to install the services to some undeveloped properties
rather than disturb the street at a later time, but those assessments
will be deferred until such time as a building permit is requested.

MR. ARTHUR READY, 716 County Road C: Asked how much his
assessment would be.

MR. DALE WILLIAMS, representing the Rosetown Memorial Post
American Legion Club at 700 West County Road C: Asked how much their
assessment would be. Was informed that since theirs is the only
commercial property in the improvement, the established assessment
policy was unrealistic and the Council would consider the matter.

MR. ERNEST KIRCHOFF, 750 County Road C: Said all of their water
drains to the south and none of it toward County Road C. They have
one large lot, but have been assessed for two lots.

MR. EDWARD SALVERDA, 646 West County Road C: Said that at the
feasibility hearing regarding widening County Road C it was his
understanding that would not be assessed for storm sewers.

MR. MARVIN (?) ,representing the Roseville Baptist
Church: Asked when the original plans were initiated for this pro-
ject. Asked if everyone involved had been notified of the
feasibility hearing. The church had signed a contract in October,
1971 with the developer, Ban Con, and had been informed that Ban Con
would pay the assessments. The house they purchased is located at
709 West County Road C. He was told that he should discuss this with
the church lawyer.
