<br />MR. RICHARD O'CONNOR, 701 West County Road C: Lives next door <br />to the church property. If the assessment to the American Legion <br />Club is reduced, who will pick up that cost. Mr. Raymond answered <br />that it would be absorbed either by the Minnesota State-Aid funds <br />or by everyone in the village in the form of general taxes. Mr. <br />O'Connor said the American Legion generates a great deal of traffic <br />and since he's a taxpayer he doesn't want any of their problems. <br /> <br />MR. RANDALL FURRY, 2788 North Oxford: <br />were involved in the original planning of <br />Village Manager, explained the procedure. <br /> <br />Asked how the taxpayers <br />a project.
