<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger,

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting
<br />of December 30, 1974, be approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan,
<br />Curley, Hess and Linebarger, Nays: None, Abstention: Mrs, Demos,
<br />Mrs, Demos was absent from the meeting,

<br />Brennan Moved, Curley Seconded, that the request of LaRose
<br />Corporation for special use permit at 1082 Dionne Street be
<br />approved, Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None,

<br />Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Country Kitchen's request
<br />for rezoning from R-l to B-2 at 2257 North Rice Street be
<br />approved, and that the applicant be requested to provide approp-
<br />riate screening on the northern and western edge of the entrance
<br />drive to screen vehicle headlights as vehicles enter and leave
<br />the -property and to screen the trash disposal area, Roll Call,
<br />Ayes" Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger, Nays: None,

<br />rezoning from B-1 and R-l to R-6 at 2257 Rice Street be approved,
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos, Hess and Linebarger,
<br />Nays: None,

<br />Demos Moved, Hess Seconded, that the following Council Standing
<br />Rules of Procedure be adopted for 1975,
<br />
<br />Rule I, Regular Meetings, Regular meetings of the Council
<br />shall be held at the City Hall on the second, third
<br />and last Mondays of each month at 7:30 P,M.
<br />
<br />Rule 2, Special Meetings and Work Sessions. Special meetings
<br />and work sessions must be called at the request of at
<br />least three (3) members of the Council, Only those items
<br />specifically agreed upon in advance shall be considered,
<br />At least 24 hours advance notice must be given to all
<br />members of the Council prior to the holding of said special
<br />meetings and work sessions and that such notice shall also
<br />be posted on the City Hall Bulletin Board at least 24 hours
<br />in advance of the special meeting,
<br />
<br />Rule 3, Emergency Meetings. Emergency meetings may be called at
<br />any time providing all members of the Council sign waivers
<br />of notice prior to the holding of such emergency meeting,
<br />
<br />Rule 4, Quorum, Three (3) members of the Council shall constitute
<br />a quorum,
<br />
<br />Rule 5, Minutes, As soon as a quorum is present, minutes of the
<br />previous meeting shall be approved as presented or accepted
<br />after corrections have been made,
