<br />members present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan,
<br />Curley and Demos. Absent: Councilman Hess.

<br />meeting of July 21, 1975 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />D-l Demos Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Red Barn Restaurant's
<br />request for extension of special use pennit at 1215 Larpenteur
<br />Avenue to February 12, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />E-3 Curley Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Ordinance No. 762
<br />amending the City Code of the City of Roseville by providing
<br />that a club to be eligible for an on-sale liquor license is
<br />required to be in existence for 15 years and not 20 years,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley, Demos and
<br />Linebarger. Nays: None.
