<br />report and providing for public hearing on Improvement P-75-3 and
<br />requesting Minnesota State Highway Department to participate be

<br />M-74-30, Fire Station No.3, covering item 1 of Bulletin 1 for a
<br />credit of $841. 00 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Brennan, Curley,
<br />Demos and Linebarger. Nays: None.

<br />E-9 Demos Moved, Brennan Seconded, that Change Order No. 2 of the
<br />City Hall in the aJIDtmt of $12,496.07 be approved. (Items
<br />included in this Change Order are additional cost items 2, 3, 8,
<br />9, 10, ll, 12, 15 and 16 of Bulletin #1 and Items 3, 4, 6, 9, 10,
<br />11 and 14 of Bulletin #2 for $14,407.07. Also, deduct Items 2, 5
<br />and 8 of Bulletin #2 for $1,911,00 and substitute Items 1 and 12
<br />in Bulletin #2 at no change in cost; and the Manager is further
<br />instructed to notify the architect that said approval does not waive
<br />any claim that the City may have against said architect for failure
<br />to insert said change in the original plans and specifications.
