<br />City of Roseville <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - ~~rch 8, 1976 <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley. <br /> <br />A-I Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of <br />February 23, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, <br />Anderson and Curley. Nays: None. Abstention: Mayor Demos, who <br />was absent from the meeting. <br /> <br />B-1 Grauel Moved, Hess Seconded, that Ray Kroiss' request for final plat <br />"White Oak Hills No.2" at about 3030 North Cleveland be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />B-2 Hess Moved, Curley Seconded, that Ken Reinhardt's request for final <br />plat approval "Ken Reinhardt Addition No.3" at about 907 Sherren <br />be continued until the meeting of March 29, 1976. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Deros. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-3 Anderson Moved, and Grauel Seconded, that Michel's Construction <br />Company request for final plat approval "Michel's Lake Park" at <br />2500 North lfunUine be continued until the meeting of April 12, <br />1976. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Anderson, Curley and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-4 Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6340 approving <br />Barry O'Meara's request for vacation of right-of-way (portion of <br />Arthur Street) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Grauel, Hess, Ander- <br />son, Curley and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-5 Curley Moved, Grauel Seconded, that PIK Terminal's request for re- <br />zoning from I-I to 1-2, special use permit, vacation of right-of- <br />way and conditional use pennit at 2690 Prior Avenue be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the owner shall develop the truck terminal facilities <br />in accordance with plans submitted and dated February 26, <br />1976. <br /> <br />2) That the owner agrees to dedicate approximately 10.6 acres <br />of land shown on plans dated March 27, 1975. The exact <br />property lines shall be subject to adjustment to the extent <br />that the minimum depth of dedication shall be 100 feet from <br />the control level line of Langton Lake as described by <br />survey after melting snow cover in the Spring of 1976. <br /> <br />3) That the owner dedicate the easterly half (30 feet) of Mount <br />Ridge Road south of the north side of lona Lane and the <br />easterly 10 feet of Mount Ridge Road from Iona Lane to County <br />Road C-2. <br /> <br />4) That the owner grant a permanent roadway easement for a <br />cuI de sac (50 x IUD') at the proposed north terminus of <br />Prior Avenue. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />RAY KROISS <br /> <br />KEN <br />REINHARDT <br /> <br />MICHEL'S CON- <br />STRUCTION CO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 6341 <br /> <br />PIK TERMINAL <br />
