<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />May 10, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said city on <br />Monday, May 10, 1976, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Anderson, curley, Grauel and Hess; and the <br />following were absent: None <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, city Manager; <br />Robert Bell City Attorney; Charles Honchel!, City Public <br />Works Director; and Peter S. popovich of Peterson & <br />Popovich, City Bond Consultants. <br /> <br />. . . <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Next are our public hearings. <br /> <br />. . . . . <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Improvement SS-W-P-75-20 - Willow Circle <br />and Willow Court in the Michels Lake Park Addition. <br />(Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Paving, Curb and gutter) . <br /> <br />MR. ANDRE: We have the Certificate of Mailing the <br />Notice of Hearing and the affidavit of publication of the <br />Notice of Hearing on Improvement SS-W-P-75-20. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Will the Public Works Director present <br />a summary of the nature of the improvement. <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: Last November the city received a <br />petition from the property owners who own in excess of <br />5~/o of the property proposed to be improved known as <br />Willow Circle and Willow court.
