<br />Anderson. Absent: Conncilrnan Grauel.

<br />A-I Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />neeting of February 14, 1977, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Hess, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />The Mayor proclalned the week of March 6 through March 12,
<br />1977, as Girl Scout Week.
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley M:>ved, Hess Seconded, that Oskey Gas & Oil Canpany's
<br />request for special use pe:rmit at 2070 and 2080 Coilllty Road
<br />C be continued to the Conncil neeting of March 21, 1977.

<br />C-l Hess M:>ved, Anderson Seconded, that a special Conncil meeting
<br />be established for Monday, April 4, 1977, at 7: 30 P.M., for
<br />the purpose of conducting public hearings on public improvement
<br />projects. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Hess, Anderson and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-2 CUrley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Tan Braddock be re-
<br />appointed to a full three year term on the Human Rights
<br />Conmission, term to expire on March 31, 1980. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Hess, Anderson and Derros. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Bob LaShanb be re-
<br />appoint.ed to a full three year term on the Human Rights
<br />Corrmission, term to expire on March 31, 1980. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Hess, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley M::>ved,Anderson Seconded, that Ken Sirrons be re-
<br />appointed to a full four year term on the Planning Conmission,
<br />term to expire on March 31, 1981. Roll Call, Ayes: CUrley,
<br />Hess, Anderson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Hess Moved, Anderson Seconded, that March 23, 1977, be
<br />established as the deadline for receiving applications for
<br />a vacancy on the Roseville Human Rights Comnission and also
<br />establish March 28, 1977, as the date for making the appoint-
<br />rrenL Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Hess, Anderson and De1IDs.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-3 Curley M::>ved, Hess Seconded, that May 14, 1977 be established
<br />as the date for the annual Volnnteer Firemen and Auxiliary
<br />Police appreciation banquet to be held at the Holiday Inn.
