<br />E-3 Anderson M::>ved, Hess Seconded, that the Attorney be instructed
<br />to prepare an ordinance establishing industrial users strength
<br />charges for sanitary sewer treab'rent and to prepare a resolution
<br />for enacting a joint-powers agreement with the M2tropolitan
<br />Waste Control Corrmission for the collection of fees associated
<br />wi th these extra strength effluents. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,

<br />E-4 Curley Moved, Anderson Seconded, that Resolution No. 6460
<br />declaring adequacy of petition and calling for a feasibility
<br />report on the construction of streets am necessary utilities
<br />to provide for the developnent of the parcel at the southwest
<br />corner of Millwood Avenue and Chatsworth Street, Project
<br />SS-W-P-77-2, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Hess,

<br />receiving feasibility report on Project SS-76-18, Old
<br />Highway 8 Sanitary Sewer, and calling for a public hearing

<br />receiving feasibility report on Project SS-W-P-76-22
