MH. PRANK LINDIG: I own the property directly south of
Langdon Lake. We don't join it but there's (inaudible). I've
been there 25 years. Sheet run-off works very well. We've had
no erosion. The water from the west comes through the property
to our west, runs down my property line between our two properties
there. We're at about 24 on the map there. I don't know just
what lot, but it's about 24 where the red line runs north and
south, because the water run-off runs down my line and north
to the lake. Then there's also the drain to Ramsey which is a
little further east, runs through their property and their water
then runs directly west to my north line. We have never had an
erosion problem there. My property now is about 75% black-topped
so we have a lot of run off and we still do not have any erosion.
Along the line it's grass and we have a little water standing there
now, but most of the time we have complete run-off and it does
drain from a large area. It drains across the street so there's
a large area there. I would say that the sheet run-off at that
area is very good. I don't believe we need additional lines
running through there into the lake. The lake does flood occasion-
ally. I think it's good for the lake. It looks (inaudible) and
I think it's good for the wild life area to have flooding at
times. Looking a little further to the west, I'm sure you have
a problem with the hill there and erosion, but that is not true
in the area where our property is, so I would say that portion
of the system should not be put in because I think it works very
well the way it is. Thank you.

MR. RON LIE, 3120 Arthur Street: (No one by that name
listed at this address in either city directory or Roseville's
directory) I have a couple of questions. Are you planning on
assessing the total area within these boundaries?

MR. HONCHELL: Yes.

r~. LIE: I assume that black line with arrows on Arthur
street is storm sewers.

MR. HONCHELL: That's existing storm sewer.

MR. LIE: So I assume the lots in that area have been assessed
for storm drainage at one time.

I~. HONCHELL: No. The school board constructed that. The
area has not been assessed, but I believe that school board
constructed it to get W~TQr owoy from thQir lot.

MR. LIE: What you're telling me is that storm drainage has
been provided for this area and really this project is doing
nothing to benefit these properties.
10
