rim. HONCHELL: Your water is going into the lake and being
part of the overall problern that's trying to be managed. I accept
what you're saying that there's a piece of pipe that does exist,
perhaps directly in front of your home. In other cases there's
no pipe existing and no pipe proposed and these people wonder
why they're part of the improvement and the reason is that all
of these water co-mingle and become part of the larger problem.

MR. LIE: I fully understand and I see no disagreement with
paying my share of the cost of controlling the lake, but I do
not agree with paying for storm sewer to take care of flooding
problems in other properties.

I~YOR DEMOS: Mr~ Honchell, all existing pipes would be
(inaudible) at the entry of the lake - grades, baffles.

MR. HONCHELL: What he's talking of terminates just short
of the lake and runs naturally into it.

MAYOR DEMOS~ It's going into a marshy area now.

MR. LIE: Thank you.

MR. STANLEY KULIG, 2953 North 7airview: I have been at
this residence almost as long as Mr. Miller that spoke here a
minute ago. (Inaudible) quality of the lake. How do you propose
to do it? I think I'm an outdoor-s man. I don't know all the
answers, but how are you going to pick up the quality of the lake
when you got these drain lines on this side - on the north end?
What has that got to do with it? I've seen the lake flooded
twice, as Miller said, and the wild life has never been depleted.
Sometimes you have severe weather or something that does it, but
I think the quality of the water - it's not a fishing or swimming
lake and unless you have a (inaudible) from the south end, - what's
that green spot?

MR. HONCHELL: That's a siltation pond.

l~. KULIG: I'm not protecting my endo but I can't under-
stand it. Only two times I've seen that flooded, and only for a
short time in the spring. The other end I'm not too familiar
with, but maybe the trucking outfits' oil or whatever may seep
in - I can see that - but this part here I can't get that through
my mind, and I was wondering how are you going to improve the
quality of the water. What is the reason? The ducks have been

II
