HONCHELL~ The proposal calls for having a piece of collection system crossing where Fairview and Lydi~ is so it will X be picking the water up (inaudible). MR. RON BRUNETTE: I'm representing my mother, Joy Brunette. She has 3116 North:?airview. Looking at where you're assessing here, it looks like you might come right to their property, and from what I know, that property is serviced by a storm sewer going down, I believe it's going down County Road D, down to Lake Johanna somehow, and this property through the years, the village has taken about 66 feet away, and you're asking her to pay more money for an assessment for something I can't see how it's benefiting her. They do have a storm sewer there. About the only problem she would have is when they did go through with County Road D and took some of that property, they built D higher than what the property (inaudible) and it does run into the property - into the yard. This property is part commercial and part residential and I'm wondering, if you do assess her, what will you assess her in the amount of money? COUNCILMAN GRAUEL: Why don't you point out the property. I'm not clear on that. .MR. BRUNETTE: This must be Fairview. It's!?airview and D on the east side of Fairview and on the south side of D.
