MR. HONCHELL~ That rather \vide piece. If it's on the east
side of Fairview it's where your pointer is.

rffi. BRUNETTE: Are you going to assess her?

MR. HONCHELL: The reason we make the lines the way we do
and send the notices the \vay we do is if we're uncertain if a
lot is involved - at least they're on record. Once the project
would be ordered - if it is - we would do more precise surveys
and find out which way each lot runs. If it does run toward
~'airview, she would be included. If it runs easterlyo she would
not be included. If part of the lot is zoned commercial, that
portion would be assessed its commercial rate. If part is re-
sidential, that portion would be assessed at the residential rateo

MR. BRUNETTE: I notice the lines you have barely catch the
corner of that lot.

~ill. HONCHELL: That's to give the overall view and (inaudible)
that's exactly where the water devides east and west.

COUNCIL~mN GRAUEL: If you say she was previously assessed
for storm sewer, she '10uld not be assessed.

MR. BRUNETTE: There is a storm sewer across by the school
and I think that runs to Little Johanna.

MR. HONCHELL: That area does run easterly to Johanna, but I
can't say specifically whether that lot runs easterly or westerly.

~~. BRUNETTE: So, in other words, there could be a possibility
that you would - what would you charge her? You wouldn't charge
her $295. It's a single lot.

~ffi. DOUG STRONG, City Public Works Department: There are three
lots on D from~airview to Tiheeler. Two are residential and one
commercial.

MR. HONCHELL: If it was all found to be run into this system,
the commercial would be charged the commercial rate, and the
residential the residential rate.

17
