MR. BRUNETTE: So where do I get my answer?

MR. HONCHELL~ Right now I can't tell you whether you're
in or not.

MR. BRUNETTE: If she's going to pay for a few people that are
possibly south of it, then maybe we should have you look at the
property where the county and the village went through with sewer
and water years ago and see if we can correct where they
(inaudible) the water running into the property there which we
don't have any gripe about, but a few people have a gripe about
water and land, maybe we should too if we're going to be assessed.

MR. HONCHELL: If it runs -

COUNCILMAN GRAUEL: Does she have water ponding on her
property?

MR. BRUNETTE~ Just in the spring it comes in off the road.
We're not really griping about that, but if she's going to pay
for some people that are griping about some property (inaudible)
and possibly down Wheeler, I know there are some lots down toward
Lydia that are low and these lots were empty and these people
built the houses knowing they were low.

MAYOR DEMOS: Anyone else?

r~. DON MILLER, 2937 pairview: After hearing a lot of the
discussion, it seems that the issue centers primarily around two
things. One is flooding of property, and the other is improvement
of Langdon Lake. You have a pretty good study. But how many
actual pieces of property are being flooded?

MR. HONCHELL: Parcels, or lots?

MR. MILLER: It seems to me from my touring the area there
are very few that are low enough to collect water.

MR. HONCHELL: Are you talking of those with homes? probably
in the dozens. With homes, half a dozen.

MR. MILLER: So the basic thing is the improvement of Langdon
Lake.

MR. HONCHELL: And roadway - Mildred,~airview, County Road

C-2.

18
