MR. HONCHELL: Pairview is higher than much of the propertyo

MR. LINDIG: ?airview is higher.

MR. HONCHELLg And it's hard to get surface drainage over
that hump.

MR. JEFF SCID1IDT, 1876 West County Road C-2g I'm 100% for
this and glad that Roseville is (inaudible) and I also feel that
the pond on Mildred and West County Road C-2 should be utilized
as much as possible to strain out some of the sediment and stuff
that's going in there off of these areas.

rID. ADAIR MARVIN, 1770 Stanbridge: I'm a little concerned.
The eastern boundary is Wheeler from Lydia to Maple Lane.

I~. HONCHELL~ There's a little jog.

MR. MARVIN: The property from Lydia to Maple Lane on Wheeler
on the east extremity is running - everything runs east. The
water runs east, so my question is, why is Wheeler the eastern
boundary?

MR. HONCHELL: If the area on the east side of ~fueeler is
running easterly, that's not included. It's outside the area.
If the area on the west side of Wheeler is running westerly, it's
eventually getting to Langdon Lake and that's why it's there.

MR. MARVIN: (Inaudible) west side of southwest corner.
The water runs east.

MR. HONCHELL: You could be correct. We do the best
approximation we can with the material we have. If there's any
doubt in our mind, we put that lot in so they get a notice so
they're informed so they have the ability to be heard. If when
we do the actual survey, before we assess anyone, we find that
land runs easterly, they would not be assessed. It's just that
I can't answer you just which way your lot may be running.

MR. MARVIN~ I can answer you because I've watched it for
19 years.

MR. HONCHELL~ We can exclude it later when we find out
for sure.

20
