r:lRg:~ISCHER: Your intention is to bring that water from
Arthur Place to Lydia 0

NR 0 HONCHELL: ['1e 'd like to minimize c:s much as ~~le can the
amount of water from going near the C-2 area to Mildred.

l'i1R. F'ISCHER: I see you left a blank in the middle of
Mildred Drive which is partly all that low area, and that's
why I was wondering why that water was being flowed out the
other direction.

MR. HONCHELL: There is a high point. Some of it slopes
northerly and some southerly.

. Reporter changing tape 0

GO. . 0 0 0

~w. POPOVICH: A buildable lot is $295.

MR.CISCHER: But you could have 'that on a three acre lot.

MR. POPOVICH: You could divide the three acre lot.

MR. ~ISCHER: Say I have a three acre lot.

MR. POPOVICH: If it's buildable it's $995 per acre. If
he has three acres, it gets multiplied by three.

~ffio rISCHER: I don't haveo but I wondered how you got that
figure. If you take a look at the map and go down to Mildred
Drive, (inaudible) mine is shorter but we're (inaudible) by
square feet, when you say buildable lots. Some lots are 90
by 200 and some are 90 by 400.

l'lffi. HONCHELL: Usually the 400 ends up 200 feet into the lake.
If you only end up with one buildable lot, 200 feet of it is
under water, you get assessed $295.

MR .'.~ISCHER: That's when you run the lever over there and
run the water out, because I have 50 feet under water. Mainly I
was just wondering on that 24 inch culvert, and if you could flow
that water through that Iou area the same as you're attempting to
do on the south end (inaudible). I think it would be more benefi-
cial and (inaudible) I don't know where you're dropping it in the
lake on C-2. (Inaudible) .

25
