The body that encourage us to do that is the state of Minnesota and we have got that responsibility to take a look at this and determine what we're going to do, and if we don't we may be surrendering our authority. ~m.. You're going to do some soul searching tonight, but people are concerned and I hope their concern is kept in mind when a decision is made.
