like Mr. (inaudible) put in with FIR Terminal - these things
would be reviewed if that was warranted so the system is proposed
to take future development as originally zoned in size (inaudible).

COUNCILMAN GRAUFL: In your estimation, would you need a
cross-over under County Road C-2? ~~ould the area west of County
Road C-2 be able to take that without adversely affecting the
one home.

MR. HONCHELL: I feel as proposedo it should handle it.

COUNCIL~mN GRAUEL: Would it handle it without piping?

MR. HONCHELL~ No, sir.

COUNCILMAN GRAUFL~ You're saying the existing pipes (inaudible)
Are any of those storm sewers baffled - the new ones baffled?

!,,1R. HONCHELL: The green one and the one coming off the
Pairview area. If the C-2 and Mildred is run through the swamp
area, that would be the equivalent of running it through this
kind of system, which means the only water coming to Langdon
(inaudible) would be the small portion near Mildred and Lydia
and there's nothing there that would work for that.

COUNCILMAN HESS: That goes directly into the lake then?

~mYOR DEMOS: Any development that goes in to the west and
south, or any development is going to have to go through the
Rice Creek Watershed, isn't it?

JYlRo HONCHELL:

Yes.

MAYOR DEMOS:
goes in there and
probably going to
system.

So, in other words, if any future development
they increase the run-off to the lake, they're
be requested to put in some sort of baffling

MR. HONCHELL~ Hith the existing system, yes. With the
proposed system, probably not.

COUNCIL~~N GRAUEL: Could a project, say, south and west,
particularly south, where the baffle system is located, could that
improvement stand on its own merit?

37
