rill. HONCHBLL: It could be considered. At the moment I
couldn't advise you of exactly how that would then be handled.

COUNCILMAN CURLEY~ ~ith some of these questions not being
able to be answered, I'm not in a position to vote for the bond
issue.

COUNCILMAN HESS: That complete project, or just the small
part?

COUNCIL~~N CURLEY: You couldn't cut it up.

MR. HONCHELL: You could reduce the scope of the project
almost down to anything that provides benefits.

COUNCILMAN HESS: It's pretty obvious you need that 24
inch outlet, don't you?

~~YOR DEMOS: We do need that.

COUNCILMAN CURLEY~ I have some strong feelings about that.
I'd like to see this lake kept up. The people of Langdon Lake
have been bugging us about maintaining the lake, but I'm dis-
appointed tonight that not too many of them are here. They didn't
find it important enough to get up here tonight which is the most
important time to come up and complain about this. I'd like to have
the hearing continued because I need some more answers.

COUNCILNAN HESS: Hhen would you like it continued to?

MAYOR DEMOS: Set a date.

COUNCIL~~N HESS: How about the 18th of April. That would be
two weeks from tonight.

COUNCILMAN CURLEY~ probably the 25th would be better. That's
a regu~ar meeting.

COUNCILMAN HESS: I go along with the 25th.

COUNCILMAN CURLEY: I move that the hearing be continued to
April 25.

39
