HONCHELL: I1m not sure which organization had the
contract - whether it was Rosevi11e or a combination of the
two. Certainly we'll research.. This proposal tonight is
not proposing any assessments for that sewer. We1re not
proposing to build a duplicate sewer, and are not proposing to
assess anyone end start sending them bills next fall, but
you're correct that as the sewer would be utilized, then the
appropriate fees would be charged, and if there are any credits
involved, those would be also brought to bear.

COUNCILMAN GRAUEL: Because it could be a possibility
that the oversizing of sewer lines - of course, we're getting
credits now from the Metropolitan Sewer Board, and I would
assume some of our sewer lines (inaudible) this area or farther
south have been oversized and that would be taken into consid-
eration at the time rates were (inaudible).

MR. REILING: Possibly so, but I know the statement WeS
no assessment, and I was amazed on the next tax assessment to
find we were assessed and that was for the trunk, so that was
charged.

MAYOR DEMOS: You have been paying sanitary sewer -

MR. REILING: (inaudible) area assessment.

COUNCILMAN GRAUEL: An acreage assessment.

MR.
