I admit I didnlt pay top dollar when I bought the property ten years ago, but I bet these people didnlt eigher, so theylre being assessed for something and if this goes through here, five years from now you own the homes and (inaudible) 11m for letting me develop my land that Ilve had for ten years and lIve been deprived of it.
