FoIl Call, Ayes: <br />Anderson, Franke, Curley, Kehr' and DerroSo Nays: None 0 <br /> <br />The Mayor and Council corrnended Patrolman Robert Ebert for <br />his action which saved the lives of two auto accident victims. <br /> <br />B-1 Curley M::>ved, Kehr SecondedQ that the Knights of Coltmbus <br />application for club on-sale liquor license at 2555 North <br />Snelling Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes~ Anderson, <br />Franke, Curley, Kehr and Derros. Nays ~ None. <br /> <br />B-2 Anderson M::>ved, Curley Seconded, that Fesolution No. 6672 <br />approving Ceorge Feiling's request: for final plat "Northridge <br />Plat 4" between Josephine Road, County Road C- 2, Iexington and <br />~rrill with the following conditions be adopted. <br /> <br />1. That if the Rice Creek Watershed District has not <br />decided by r:ecember 31, 1978, to construct the storm <br />water diversion project, that adequate pending for a <br />10 year storm be constructed by the developers, and that <br />if the Watershed District has made no decision by December <br />31, 1982, that adequat.e ponding for a 100 year storm be <br />constructed by the developer c, <br /> <br />2.
