Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Anderson, Kehr, Franke and Ctn:ley. Nays: None. <br /> <br />A-2 Rem M:>ved, Franke Seconded, that the nunutes of the special <br />1T'E!eting of February 28, 1979, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Anderson, Kehr, Franke am Curley. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 Anderson M:>ved, Kehr Seconded, that M:!tz Baking Corrpany' s <br />rE~est for rezoning from B-3 to I-I and variance to side <br />ycrrd setback at 2745 long Lake Road be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Anderson, Kehr, Franke and CUrley. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 Franke MJved, Kehr Seconded, that Ed Cave and Sons' request <br />for special use pemit, variance to Shore land Zoning Ordi- <br />mmce and Shore1and Development Plan Approval at 2489 Rice <br />Street be approved. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-3 Anderson M:>ved, Franke Seconded, that George Reiling's re- <br />quest for final plat at 3065 Millwood be continued until <br />the Council M3eting of May 14, 1979. Nays: None. <br /> <br />D-l Kelrr M:>ved, Franke Seconded, that the report of the Rose- <br />ville league of Worren Voters regarding emergency medical <br />sl:!rvices be received. Roll Call, Ayes: Anderson, Kehr, <br />Fr-anke and Curley. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-l Franke M:>ved, Anderson Seconded, that Jarres House request <br />for preliminary plat at 190 Transit Avenue be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the City ponding Easement be shown to <br />elevation 952 feet. <br /> <br />2. That a ten foot Drainage Easerrent be provided <br />betw'een lots I and 2, lots 2 and 3, lots 3 and <br />4 and along the east property line of wt 4. <br /> <br />3.
