That the City ponding Easement be shown to elevation 952 feet. 2. That a ten foot Drainage Easerrent be provided betw'een lots I and 2, lots 2 and 3, lots 3 and 4 and along the east property line of wt 4. 3. That the contractor who constructs the duplexes use terrporary rrethods to control the bank erosion on the pond ducing construction as required by the Public Works Director and further that the MINUTES METZ BAKING CO. ED CAVE & SONS 3065 MILlWOOD LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOIERS 190 TRANSIT - 2 - contractor provide permment. stabilization of the pond bank after construction as required by the Public Works Director. and establishing a public hearing on Mr. House's request for rezoning from B-2 to R:-2 and final plat at 190 Transit for the Council M:leting of Apr.il 9, 1979.
