CITY OF :OOSEVILLE Regular M:!eting of the City Council - June 11, 1979. The City Council net on the above date with the following rrerrbers present: Mayor ISros, Counci:l1tEn Franke, Anderson, Kehr and Curley. A-I Kehr ~ved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the rreeting of ~1ay 21, 1979, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Kehr, Curley and IErtns. Nays: None. B-1 Curley ~ved, Franke Seconded, that Michels Brothers request for final plat at 2416 Iexington Avenue be cont- inuted until the Council rreeting of ..Tuly 23, 1979. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Kehr, CUrley and Demos. Nays: None. B- 2 Curley rbved, Kehr Seconded, t..hat Jarres House's request for special use permit, preliminary plat and variance to sign setback at 2411 Rice Street be approved with the follow- ing conditions: 1. '!hat 17 feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated on Rice Street from County Road B-2 to Transit Avenue. 2. '!hat a drainage easerrent be provided on the pond to elevation 952 feet. 3. '!hat the design of the restaurant sign be reviewed and approved by the City Planner. 4. '!hat the lighting for the restaurants be designed so that the source of light is not visible beyond the property boundaries. 5. '!hat the four parking spaces in the northwest comer of the restaurant parking lot be rerroved to penni t traffic circulation. 6. '!hat the entry to the restaurants on County Road B- 2 be nnved 24 feet to the east. 7. That the restaurant trash enclosure be constructed from materials compatible with both restaurant structures. 8. '!hat all four sides of each respective restaurant build- ing be constructed of equivalent materials. 9. '!hat tiE developrrent be constructed essentially as shown on plans dated June 6, 1979.
