<br />-2- <br /> <br />B-3 Curley ~ved, Kehr Seconded, that Darrell Farr's request <br />for special use pennit and preliminary plat at 1711 County <br />Road B be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. '!hat the City Planner review and approve the final <br />plans for the benns, fence and planting to assure <br />compliance with the parking lot screening require- <br />rrents. <br /> <br />2. That the Oity Planner review and approve the final <br />lighting plans and that the light standards be no <br />higher than 10 feet. <br /> <br />3. That the docurrent, Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions <br />and Easerrents, be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Attorney to assure that there is no possibility that <br />OUtlot A could go tax forfeit. <br /> <br />4. That the developrrent be constructed substantially as <br />shown on the plans dated May 9, 1979, and revised <br />June 4, 1979. <br /> <br />Further, that the Council public hearing on the final plat <br />be established for July 9, 1978. <br /> <br />Anderson ~ved, Kehr Seconded, that the rrotion be aITEnded to <br />add condition No.5. that the amount of the landscaping bond <br />required by the City be reduced by 50% after the first growing <br />season, 25% after the second growing season and the remaining <br />25% after the third growing season provided that none of the <br />bond has been used. <br /> <br />Roll Callan arrEnOrrent: Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Kehr, Curley <br />and Derros. <br /> <br />Roll Call on rrotion as aITEnded: Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Kehr, <br />Curley and Derros. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-l Curley ~ved, Franke Seconded, that Jonathan Bentley, 2141 <br />Avon Street, be appointed to the Rosevil1e Human Rights <br />Conmission for the unexpired tem ending March 31, 1981. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Kehr, Curley and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-l Anderson fuved, Kehr Seconded, that Charboneau and Reiling's <br />request for minor variance to front yard setback at 2930, <br />2936, 2942, 2950 and 2960 Fernwood Street be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Anderson, Kehr, Curley and Derros. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />E-2 Curley ~ved, Kehr Seconded, that Champs Fine Foods request <br />for extension of special use pe:rrnit at 2350 Cleveland Avenue <br />be approved until Decerrber 12, 1979. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Franke, Anderson, Kehr, Curley and Derros.
