That the Oity Planner review and approve the final <br />lighting plans and that the light standards be no <br />higher than 10 feet. <br /> <br />3. That the docurrent, Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions <br />and Easerrents, be reviewed and approved by the City <br />Attorney to assure that there is no possibility that <br />OUtlot A could go tax forfeit. <br /> <br />4.
