<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City <br />Hall on Monday, the eleventh day of March, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, Thomas, <br />and Rog and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8668 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR 1991 CONTRACTS A, B, and C <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council the City <br />Public Works Director or the designated project consulting engineer, <br />BRW, Inc. has prepared plans and specifications for the following <br />Improvements and has presented such plans and specifications to the <br />Council for approval: <br /> <br />CONTRACT A <br /> <br />P-91-02-56 <br /> <br />PMP Neighborhood 56: Dellwood Avenue, Merrill Street, <br />Sherren street, Fernwood street, Laurie Road and <br />Sandhurst Drive. <br /> <br />P-W-SS-91-13 <br /> <br />Cul-de-sac construction to serve Zeece Addition <br />south of Co. Rd. B. <br /> <br />M-91-06 <br /> <br />Parking Lot construction at villa Park. <br /> <br />P-91-02-45 <br /> <br />PMP Neighborhood 45: Fairways Lane and Fulharo street. <br /> <br />ST-90-10 <br /> <br />Storm sewer for PMP Neighborhood 45. <br /> <br />CONTRACT B <br /> <br />P-91-02-68 <br /> <br />PMP Neighborhood 68: Alta vista Drive, Stuber Road, <br />Alameda street, Roma Avenue and st. Albans street. <br /> <br />ST-91-08 <br /> <br />Storm sewer for PMP Neighborhood 68. <br /> <br />CONTRACT C <br /> <br />P-91-02-57 <br /> <br />PMP Neighborhood 57: Burke Avenue, Eldridge Avenue, <br />Karyl Place, Shryer Avenue, Ryan Avenue, Draper Avenue, <br />Dellwood Avenue and Lindy Avenue. <br /> <br />P-91-03 <br /> <br />Skillman Avenue. <br />
