<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, <br />and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare the cause to be inserted in the <br />Roseville Review, the official newspaper, and in the Construction <br />BUlletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for bids for <br />1991 Contracts A, B, and C shall be published as required by law, <br />shall specify the work to be done, shall call the bids on the basis <br />of cash paYment for such work, shall state that the bids will be <br />received by the City Manager and Public Works Director as follows: <br /> <br />CONTRACT A until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 11, 1991 <br />CONTRACT B until 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 12, 1991 <br />CONTRACT C until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 11, 1991 <br /> <br />at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the <br />City Manager and subsequently be considered by the Council; and <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br />Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid <br />bond payable to the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such <br />bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Johnson, <br />Thomas, and Rog <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of <br />the Council of said City held on the 11th day of March, 1991, with the <br />original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true, <br />and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to 1991 <br />Contracts A, B, and C. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 11th day of March, 1991. <br /> <br />~ <br />
