<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - November 10, 1980. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Curley <br />and Kehr. Vacant: One. <br /> <br />A-l Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of October 27, 1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Franke, Curley, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />A-2 Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the special <br />meeting of November 5, 1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Franke, Curley, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the Council join the <br />Mayor in proclaiminq November 23 - 30, 1980, as Bible Week <br />in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, <br />Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 Franke t~oved, Curley Seconded, that Evenson Properties <br />request for special uses, variances and division of lot at <br />1540 County Road B-2 be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the development be constructed in accordance <br />with the plans dated November 3, 1980. <br /> <br />2. That an easement for access and utility service <br />across Parcel 1 in favor of Parcel 2 be approved <br />by the City and filed with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />3. That the exterior lighting plan be reviewed and <br />approved by the City. <br /> <br />4. That the final drainage plan be reviewed and <br />approved by the City. <br /> <br />5. That the City shall have a final review of the <br />landscaping plan after development of the property. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr and Demos. Abstention: Kehr. <br /> <br />B-3 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Ordinance No. 868 <br />amending the zoning ordinance to include schools of music <br />and dance in the B-1 district as a special use be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr and Demos.
