1)-4 Curley Moved, Kehr ::ieconded, that Ordinance No. 869 amending the zoning ordinance to include storage and maintenance of school and charter buses as a special use in the I-2 district be adopted. E-l Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Roseville Compre- hensive Plan consisting of Research and Analysis, Land Use Plan and Capital Improvements Plan be adopted with the condition that Figures 2 and 3 in the Land Use Plan be revised by deleting the extension of Skillman Avenue westerly across Snelling Avenue. E-2 Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that the City Manager be authorized to notify the City of Maplewood that the City of Roseville has reviewed the proposed Maplewood Comprehen- sive Plan and makes the following comment: "Rice Street is designated as a major arterial which does not conform to the 1980 Functional Classification system as required by the Metropolitan Council". E-3 Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 7066 declaring the adequacy of a petition for the paving of Clarmar Avenue between Hamline Avenue and Snelling Avenue and Pascal Street between Clarmar Avenue and Brenner Avenue, identified as Project P-80-34; and ordering the preparation of a feasibility report for this project be adopted. E-4 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the addition of County Road C (CSAH 23) from Halnut Street to the west city limits as an addition to the 10 ton route system be approved. E-5 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7067 indicating city concerns with the rules and regulations under review by the Rice Creek Board of Managers and author- izing the City Engineer to attend the November 12, 1980, hearing scheduled for that purpose be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curl ey, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. E-7 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the following appli- cations be referred to the Planning Commission meeting of December 3, 1980: 1. Sam Cave's request for preliminary plat and variance at Outlot A, Cave's North Boundary Addition. 2.
