I have come <br />down Lexington almost every day since it's been completed and I <br />enjoy pacing myself and I have yet to be passed by anyone on that <br />street, and it's all I can do to keep from writing a letter to an <br />editor and (inaudible). We're not going to go up Lexington and <br />(inaudible) we're not going to increase traffic. The only traffic <br />on Oxford are those people who live there or people making deliveries, <br />or busses, so it does not increase traffic. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley then moved that the improvement be denied. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Kehr, and all voted in favor. <br />
