<br />E-14 Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Roseville participate
<br />in a joint legal action against an action of the Metro
<br />Councilor Metro Waste Control Commission; and agreeing
<br />to participate in the cost of such legal proceedings based
<br />on relative land area contribution of storm water flow from
<br />each city. Further that the City Attorney be instructed to
<br />monitor such legal action and to alert the City Manager and
<br />Council to any matters or concerns which, in his judgment,
<br />would warrant reconsideration or changes in this authoriz-

<br />E-15 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the City Manager be
<br />authorized to sign the agreement with Teamsters, Local
<br />320, establishing wages and insurance contributions for

<br />adding Section 35.095 to the Roseville City Code establish-

<br />E-17 Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution No. 7140
<br />requesting 1980-81 planning assistance grant funds in the
<br />amount of $7,353 from the Metropolitan Council be adopted.

<br />part of Lot 7, Block 2, Rosette Subdivision, and requesting

<br />Public Works Director be authorized to sign Change Order
<br />No.1 on Project 77-3C to remove utility services at a cost

<br />E-20 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Solie-Westlund request
<br />for division of lots at 2400-02, 2401-03,2411-13, 2419-21
<br />and 2420-22 Brenner Court, be referred to the Planning Comm-
<br />ission meeting of May 6, 1981. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Donald J. Woelhenberg's
<br />application for relocation of dwelling at 1894 North Chatsworth
<br />be referred to the Planning Commission meeting of May 6, 1981;
<br />and that the Council public hearing be established for May 11,
