<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council, April 27, 1981.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Johnson,
<br />Kehr and Curley.

<br />A-l Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the minutes of the meet-
<br />ing of April 13, 1981, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />0-1 Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the request of the
<br />Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association for approval of a water
<br />ski course and ski jump on Lake Owasso be continued to the
<br />meeting of May 11, 1981, and the ~lanager is instructed to
<br />notify Lake Owasso residents of the meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Keh r, Curl ey and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that Arland Hultgrenls
<br />request for minor variance at 609 Ryan Avenue vlest be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr, Curley
<br />and Demos. tlays: None.
<br />
<br />E-2 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Joseph Lobels request
<br />for minor variance at 2772 Fernwood Avenue be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr, Curley and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-3 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Central Park Foundation
<br />project proposal to construct a park shelter building in
<br />Central Park west of Dale Street be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-4 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7141
<br />ordering the reconstruction of Long Lake Road from County
<br />Road C to Terminal Road and Terminal Road from Long Lake
<br />Road to St. Croi x Street, i dent; fi ed as Proj ect 79-21; and
<br />ordering the preparation of plans and specifications be adopted.

<br />E-5 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that the proposed development
<br />pl an for the Langton Lake Area Park be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr, Curl ey and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that if the Langton Lake
<br />property is acquired, the neighborhood residents shall be
<br />notified of any meetings regarding proposed development plans.
