<br />E-7 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the City Manager be
<br />instructed to prepare a letter of agreement authorizing
<br />Health Central to provide emergency medical and ambulance
<br />services to persons within the City of Roseville as pre-
<br />viously provided since February 25, 1980; and that detailed
<br />billing information be provided to users of such services
<br />and the City be advised of any rate increase at least 30 days
<br />before such increases would be effective. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />E-8 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the matter of vacant
<br />City-owned property be referred to the Parks and Recreation
<br />Committee for recommendation with indication that the
<br />Council has expressed an interest in disposing of all of
<br />the parcels except the three recommended to be retained in
<br />the memo dated January 28, 1981. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-9 Curley t~oved, Kehr Seconded, that the City position be re-
<br />affirmed regarding Chapter 70.020 of the City Code that
<br />structures should connect to the sanitary sewer within a
<br />two year period of their being made available; further, that
<br />the staff is hereby authorized to contact the eleven known
<br />property owners where sanitary sewers are not being utilized.

<br />requesting Ramsey County to undertake a study of the down-
<br />stream watershed of Lake Owasso and to construct berms ad-
<br />jacent to Grass Lake between 408 and 420 Gramsie Road be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr, Curley
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-ll Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7143
<br />approving the plan for the reconstruction of the Lexington
<br />Avenue and Dale Street ramps for Highway 36, identified as
<br />State Project 6212-128,130(36=118) and authorizing the City
<br />staff to communicate this to Minnesota Department of Trans-
<br />portation be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: None.
