<br />requesting the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners to
<br />reconsider its Policy No. 79-944 adopted August 20, 1979,
<br />calling for the local city to be responsible for all energy
<br />costs of a traffic signal, street light and emergency
<br />vehicle pre-emptive systems as well as the maintenance of
<br />the pre-emptive system, if said system is requested to be
<br />placed on a County controlled traffic signal be adopted.

<br />E-12 Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7146
<br />entering into a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of
<br />St. Anthony for storm sewer work on Anthony Lane, identified
<br />in Roseville as Project 80-20; and authorizing the Mayor
<br />and City Manager to sign on behalf of the City of Roseville
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr, Curl ey
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />utility easement along the western edge of 2545 County Road C
<br />and instructing the City Attorney to record said easement at

<br />granted permission to be on the westerly 20 feet of Roseville's
<br />utility easement on 2545 County Road C for construction purposes

<br />accepting the bid of C. S. McCrossan, Inc. in the amount
<br />of $234,955.70 for the reconstruction of Minnesota Avenue,
<br />identified as Project 80-10 be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />accepting the bid of A. P. Keller Construction Company for
<br />Project 80-22, which is a part of 1981 Contract D, be
