<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - July 13, 1981. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Curley, Kehr, <br />Johnson and Franke. <br /> <br />A-l Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />meet i ng of June 22, 1981, be approved . Roll Ca 11, Ayes: <br />Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />special meeting of July 8,1981, be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />B-1 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the hearing on the <br />proposed ordinance regarding newspaper tubes be continued <br />to the meeting of July 27, and that the Council will also <br />consider said ordinance at its work session of July 20, <br />1981. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke and <br />Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Ordinance No. 882 <br />amending Section 20.140(1) of the City Code by providing <br />for approval of certain lot divisions be adopted. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Ordinance No. 882 <br />be reconsidered and amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(1) The first type may be approved by the Manager <br />upon recommendation of the Public Works Director. <br />The owner applicant shall file with the Public <br />Works Director copies of a plan showing the tract, <br />proposed division, all building locations and as it <br />applies to (A) below, a statement that each unit of <br />the double house has separate utility connections. <br />This type is limited to the following: <br /> <br />(A) Where the proposed division is of a parcel in <br />a R-2 District; or <br /> <br />(B) Where the proposed division does not do any of the <br />fo 11 owing: <br /> <br />(1) Create a new building site; <br /> <br />(2) Reduce any required setback in violation <br />of any ordinance; <br /> <br />(3) Reduce the size of any parcel to less than <br />approved for a building site in its <br />appropriate zone. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />7 : 30 P. t~. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />NEWSPAPER TUBES <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />NO. 882 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />AMENDMENT <br />
