Supply From One Service. No more than one <br />housing unit or building shall be supplied from one <br />service connection except by special permission of <br />the Utilities Superintendent. <br /> <br />A separate connection shall be required for each <br />dwelling unit constructed on or after September 19, <br />1979, in R-l or R-2 Districts as defined in the City <br />Zoning Code.
