<br />E-3 Johnson t1oved, Kehr Seconded, that Gerald LeMay's
<br />request for approval of preliminary plat at 360 West
<br />County Road C be approved with the following conditions:

<br />1. That 10 feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated
<br />on County Road C
<br />
<br />2. That the divisions occur as a plat rather than as
<br />metes and bounds.
<br />
<br />3. That a drainage and ponding easement be provided over
<br />the southern portion of Lots 1, 2 and 3, subject
<br />to approval of the Public Works Director.

<br />for minor variance to front yard setback at 585 South

<br />E-5 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that August 10, 1981
<br />be established for a public hearing to consider a proposed
<br />ordinance providing for the review of construction plans.

<br />requesting Ramsey County Board of Commissioners to continue
<br />their financial support of the Northwestern Youth Service

<br />concernin0 reapportionment of state legislative districts

<br />E-8 Johnson ~1oved, Kehr Seconded, that a watermain easement
<br />be accepted from Williams Brothers Pipeline Company for a
<br />portion of land in the Northwest half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of Section 5, in conjunction with Project 80-20.
