It would be divided by the <br />number of lots - I forget the number of lots in there, as to what <br />that comes out to - but whatever the number of lots would be, <br />it would be divided into $2,946.30. <br /> <br />DOUG STRONG: There are 23 lots. <br /> <br />MR. POPOVICH: $128.10 per lot. <br /> <br />There were no written communications. <br /> <br />Mayor Demos announced that the meeting was open for the <br />consideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br />All persons present were given the opportunity to present oral <br />objections. <br /> <br />No one appeared to be heard. <br /> <br />Mayor Demos then declared the hearing closed, and Councilman <br />Kehr moved that the adoption of the proposed assessment be con- <br />tinued to August 24, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Franke and the following voted in favor <br />thereof: All; and the following voted against the same: None. <br />The motion carried. <br /> <br />2 <br />
