That 10' of additional right-of-way be dedicated <br />for County Road II C". <br /> <br />2. That the Legion agrees to remove the sign from <br />its location on the public right-of-way if the <br />right-of-way is needed for any public purpose. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Franke. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-4 Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the Mayor and <br />Manager be authorized to execute an agreement between <br />the City of Roseville and the American Legion Post <br />542; and if there are neighborhood problems connected <br />with future sports and recreational uses of the present <br />(old) baseball field, such uses shall be discontinued. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Franke. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT - CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE AND <br />Af~ERICAN LEGION <br /> <br />E-5 Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the property at 630 630 IONA LANE <br />Iona Lane is found to be in hazardous condition and <br />said hazard be abated within 48 hours; that the recommenda- <br />tion to declare property at 630 Iona Lane a nuisance be <br />tabled until the October 26, 1981 regular meeting.
