-2- C-l Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that a Council Work Session be established for October 26, 1981,6:00 p.m., Roseville City Hall, for the purpose of discussing the Industrial Revenue Bond policy. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, and Franke. Nays: None. D-l Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Circle K Club request to have a haunted house on the Har Mar Shopping Center parking lot from October 19-31, 1981, be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the area to be used for the haunted house be totally fenced to control access and egress. 2. That adequate supervisory and security personnel be provided to prevent vandalism and anti-social behavior. 3. That operation hours cease at 11 :00 p.m. weekdays, and 12:00 midnight Fridays and Saturdays. 4. That the grounds be kept clear of debris, con- struction material, etc., and that all proceeds from the operati on other than di rect expenses, shall be dedicated to a bona fide Minnesota cha ri ty . E-l Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that Super America's request to withdraw their application for variance to side and rear yard setback at 1227 Larpenteur be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curl ey, and Franke. Nays: None. E-2 Curley ~1oved, Kehr Seconded, that Veronica Miller's request for preliminary plat at 2778 Lakeview be approved with the condition that 30' of additional right-of-way be dedicated on Lakeview, and 10' of additional right-of-way be dedicated on both sides of Victoria, and establishing a public hearing on the final plat for the Council meeting of November 9th.
