<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - February 8, 1982.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos.

<br />A-I Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of January 25, 1982 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demoso Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7306, giving
<br />preliminary approval to Fine Associates project and authorizing
<br />submission of the application for the issuance of Industrial
<br />Revenue Bonds to the Commission of Securities of the State of
<br />Minnesota, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson,
<br />and Demos. Nays: Franke.

<br />B-2 Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7307, ordering
<br />improvement SS-W-8l-l3, sanitary sewer service and water service
<br />for 1856 Lexington Avenue and authorizing the preparation of
<br />plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the hearing for improvement
<br />SS-8l-17, sanitary sewer service for 1750 West County Road C, be
<br />continued until the February 22, 1982 Council Meeting. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the hearing for improvement
<br />SS-81-18, sanitary sewer service for 3056 Raymond Avenue, be
<br />closed and that consideration be continued until February 22,
<br />1982. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7308, ordering
<br />improvement SS-8l-19, sanitary sewer service for 556 West County
<br />Road C, Alternative #1, and authorizing the preparation of plans,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution No. 7309, ordering
<br />improvement SS-W-8l-2l, sanitary sewer and water to service 450
<br />and 472 South Owasso Boulevard and authorizing the preparation of
<br />plans, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
