<br />B-5 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Ordinance No. 898, rezoning
<br />certain properties generally west of Highway 35W and north of
<br />Highway 36 from R-l, I-I, and 1-2 to B-4, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />The Council confirmed that existing uses located in the new B-4
<br />zoning district would be permitted to expand just as if the
<br />zoning remained the same as that in effect on February 8, 1982
<br />(see City Code, Section 8.430).

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the moratorium on building
<br />permits and applications for rezoning, special use permits, or
<br />variances as declared in Resolution No. 7271, be lifted,
<br />effective when rezoning ordinance is published. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />B-6 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Veronica Miller's request
<br />for final plat at 2778 Lakeview be continued until the February
<br />22nd Council Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-l Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7310, re-
<br />cei ving the feasibility report and calling for a public hearing
<br />on March 8, 1982 for Project SS-W-P-8l-l4, be adopted. Roll
