<br />ceiving the feasibility report and calling for a public hearing
<br />on March 8,1982 for Project ST-80-30, be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />E-2 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager
<br />be authorized to sign an agreement with the consulting firm of
<br />Short-Elliott-Hendrickson and Associates for miscellaneous
<br />minor engineering projects during 1982. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />a petition for improvement on Project W-82-4, be adopted. Roll

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7315, re-
<br />ceiving the feasibility statement from the City Engineer in
<br />conjunction with proj ect W-82-4, and ordering the improvement,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7316, accept-
<br />ing the $694 bid from Emmet McCarthy to install a I" water
<br />service for Project W-82-4, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-4 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the City staff be authorized
<br />to advise MN/DOT of the City's interest in upgrading the Co.
<br />Rd. C-2 railroad crossing with cantilever-type flashing signals,
<br />and its preliminary agreement to assume the 10% local cost.

<br />E-5 Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that the City Manager be
<br />instructed to send a letter to the Roseville legislative
<br />delegation supporting Senate File 1683 relating to storm
