<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Curley, Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Absent: None.
<br />
<br />A-I Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of MINUTES
<br />February 22, 1982 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,
<br />Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-1 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7322, ordering RESOLUTION 7322
<br />Project SS-W-P-8l-l4, reconstruction of Oakcrest Avenue from Hamline
<br />Avenue to Lexington Avenue and the installation of a set of sewer
<br />and water services, and authorizing the preparation of plans for
<br />this project, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7323, prohibiting RESOLUTION 7323
<br />parking on the north side of Oakcrest Avenue from Hamline Avenue to
<br />Lexington Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,
<br />Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution No. 7324, ordering RESOLUTION 7324
<br />Project ST-80-30, storm drainage to serve the area south of Central
<br />Park between Lexington and Victoria, north of Grandview, and author-
<br />izing the preparation of plans for this project, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution No. 7325, ordering RESOLUTION 7325
<br />Project W-P-80-3l, reconstruction of Brooks/Transit Avenues from
<br />Lexington Avenue to Victoria Avenue, plus the installation of a
<br />water service, and authorizing the preparation of plans for this
<br />project, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />parking on the north and east side of Brooks Avenue from Lexington
