Council Minutes March 8, 1982 ') -"'- Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7328, ordering Project P-82-S, reconstruction of Aglen Street from Transit Avenue to Brooks Avenue and authorizing the preparation of plans for this project, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. B-2 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Hoffman Electric Company's request for special use permit and variances to side yard set- back and sidewalk requirement at 2251 through 2295 TH 36 be approved with the following conditions: 1. That a two or three story office building is approved. 2. That the applicant will construct the sidewalk as required after the storm sewer is constructed. 3. That the final drainage plans and plan for access on Fulham Street be approved by the Public Works Director. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. B-3 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that William Steinworth's request for final plat and vacation of right-of-way at 1717 Dellwood be continued until the March 22nd Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. C-I Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that a Council Work Session be established for 3:30 p.m., Monday, March 22, 1982 for the purpose of discussing the tax increment feasibility report, six-year capital improvement program, Public Works policies and other items that may be appropriately discussed. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: Franke. C-2 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the Council interview the following candidates for Advisory Commissions at the March 22nd work session, beginning at 5:00 p.m. Parks and Recreation Board Human Rights Commission Bruce Johnson Betty Wolfangle Timothy Daulton Roger Christensen James Klassen Leila Tillman Terry Henry Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos.
