<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos,
<br />Members absent: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the minutes of the April 12,
<br />1982 regular meeting be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Franke, and Demos, Nays: None. Abstain: Curley,
<br />because he was absent.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Roseville's capital improve-
<br />ment program be amended to include the acquisition of the
<br />southerly portion of the Lake Johanna Jr. High site for park
<br />purposes. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that the revised Langton Lake
<br />master plan, dated April, 1982, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that a Council Work Session be
<br />established for 3:00 p.m., May 6, 1982, Roseville City Hall,
<br />for the purpose of reviewing the performance of the City
<br />Manager. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the bid for the sale of
<br />Aglen and Judith lot, legally described as the east 20 feet
<br />of Lot 3, and all of Lot 4, Gilbert Reiling Addition be
<br />awarded to George Reiling in the high bid amount of $17,500.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the bid for the sale of
<br />Farrington Court lot, legally described as Lot 2, Block 1,
<br />Green Meadow Addition, be awarded to Abdelazim Elsafy in
<br />the high bid amount of $11,700. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos, Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the bid for the supply
<br />of one diesel tractor, complete with hydraulic front-end
<br />loader and cab be awarded to International Harvester
<br />Company in the bid amount of $20,300, Roll Call, Ayes:
