<br />Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Ordinance No. 904, amending
<br />Section 82.060 (1), 82.090, 82.130, and 82.140 of the City
<br />Code, incorporating changes concerning parking, driveway
<br />approaches, bench signs, and newspaper vending machines in
<br />the public right-of-way, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />the regulation of fire lanes and ventilation cleaning services

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager
<br />be authorized to sign an agreement with Ramsey County for the
<br />construction and maintenance of a bicycle path on the north
<br />side of County Road C, between Fairview Avenue and Hamline
<br />Avenue, Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution No. 7339, de-
<br />claring the adequacy of a petition for Project SS-W-ST-P,
<br />82-12, Wclcckzi Addition and ordering the preparation of a
<br />feasibility report, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that an agreement with the con-
<br />sulting firm of Short, Elliott & Hendrickson in conjunction
<br />with Project 82-12, Weleckzi Addition, be approved and that
<br />the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to sign said agree-
<br />ment. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Curley, Kehr, Franke, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />and ordering the advertisement of bids for May 27, 1982,

<br />approving the plans for Project 80-30, storm sewer area
<br />south of Central Park, and ordering the advertisement of
